Questions pros and managers ask about lessons.

  1. Can a member cancel themselves?

Yes. They cancel in the app up to the cut-off you set. After that, the pro shop cancels it for them.

  2. Does lesson money go to the club or the pro?

To your club’s bank through Stripe, with green fees and memberships. You split it with your pro however you like.

  3. Do packages run out?

Yes. Each package lasts the number of days you set, and the member sees the end date in the app.

  4. What happens when a pro leaves or takes a break?

Mark them inactive and they leave the app straight away. Their past lessons and figures stay on record.
