Switching from

What to know before you move.

  • Switching from BRS Golf

Some clubs have reported giving up a tee time a day as part of their BRS deal (Golf Monthly forum, January 2023). With Tuvabook every tee time stays yours and is paid into your account at booking.

Check your contract for any tee time commitment, and when it ends.

  • Switching from intelligentgolf

The Golf Business reported in March 2026 that intelligentgolf clubs would move to a new shared members' app “in the coming months”. Move once, onto an app with your club's name on it.

Ask for the date your members move apps.

  • Switching from ClubV1

Since 12 January 2026, ClubV1 members have used a new shared app in place of the old one. Put your own app in the subs letter, so members renew in it from day one.

Ask when the old members' app stops working, and what notice members get.

Moving across

Live within three weeks of signing.

  1. Week 1. A call about how your club runs: courses, tee times, prices and members.
  2. Week 2. We set up your tee sheet, prices and app, and import your member list.
  3. Week 3. You check it and pick the day your members start booking.

Whichever system you're leaving, diary its renewal date and notice period, and ask for a sample export of members and bookings before you give notice.

How switching works sets out the three weeks, and book a demo to see your own tee sheet first. Weighing more systems? Read BRS Golf alternatives for UK clubs.

Questions clubs ask before they switch.

  1. Does our club get its own app?

Yes. Your members download an app with your club's name, crest and colours from the App Store and Google Play, rather than a shared app.

  2. Who keeps the green fee?

The club, for every tee time. Golfers pay in full when they book, into the club's own account, and no tee times are taken as part of the deal.

  3. What happens to bookings already in our old system?

We agree with you which future tee times and competitions come across, and move your courses, prices and member list. You check everything before you go live.

  4. Can the pro shop still take phone and walk-in bookings?

Yes. Staff book any golfer from the dashboard onto the same tee sheet, and choose pay on arrival, a payment link or paid at the counter.
