What happens to our tee sheet and member list when we switch?
We move it all across for you: your courses, tee time structure, pricing, and member list. Nothing gets lost. We configure your branded app, you check everything over, and most clubs are live within three weeks of signing.
Do our members have to download an app?
No. Your members get your club's own app on iOS and Android, but anyone can also book through your existing website. Both feed the same tee sheet, so a visitor booking online and a member booking in the app can never land on the same time.
How do payments and payouts work?
Golfers pay in full when they book, through Stripe. The money goes into your club's own account, not ours, and pays out to your bank on the normal schedule, minus a small fee per booking.
Who owns the data, and what happens if we leave?
You do. Export your members and bookings any time. If you ever decide to move on, you take everything with you. We run month to month because we'd rather earn the renewal than hold you to a contract.
Can the pro shop still take phone and walk-in bookings?
Yes. Staff book on behalf of any golfer from the dashboard, on the same tee sheet, so phone and walk-in bookings sit right alongside online ones with no separate diary to reconcile at the end of the day.
Will it work with England Golf and WHS handicaps?
Members enter their CDH ID and handicap index in the app, and we use those for competition entry and handicap limits. Direct England Golf handicap sync isn't live yet, but it's on the way, and we'll be straight with you about where it stands.
Is our members' data secure?
Card numbers never touch our servers; they go straight to the payment company. Member data sits behind per-club access controls, and every change is logged. You can export or delete any record when a golfer asks.
