Tuvabook vs intelligentgolf: your members are next for HowDidiDo
ClubV1 members were moved to the HowDidiDo app in January 2026, and it now costs each of them £2.99 a year with adverts or £9.99 without, unless the club pays £1,400. In March, The Golf Business reported that intelligentgolf clubs would follow, leaving igMember “in the coming months”. HowDidiDo is a new download, and every golfer has to register again. If your club is thinking about a change, make it before that happens: asking members to move app once is fair; asking them twice in a year is a lot.
Tuvabook is the intelligentgolf alternative that gives your club its own app instead, free to members, with every green fee paid into the club's account when it's booked, for £149 a month. Below: the case for moving now, intelligentgolf and Tuvabook side by side, and the questions to settle before your renewal.
One move, onto an app with your club's name on it
Your members are going to download something new either way. With Tuvabook it's your club's app, in your colours and with your crest, and it costs them nothing. They book Saturday's 7:30 in a few taps, on the terms your membership sets. Guests and visitors pay in full when they book, on your website or in the app, so the money is in the club's account before they arrive and a no-show has already paid.
We move your tee sheet, members and history across for you, and you're live within three weeks of signing, month to month, so a decision this autumn has members settled long before the spring. We're a small UK team, and we work with every club we take on, from the first call to your first Saturday.
What’s changing for intelligentgolf clubs
intelligentgolf and Club Systems, the company behind ClubV1, are both owned by ClearCourse. Club Systems launched the new HowDidiDo app for ClubV1 clubs in January 2026, replacing the Members Hub, and says intelligentgolf customers now have access to it too. Club Systems calls the £1,400 club price a limited time offer. On the UK App Store, HowDidiDo has 3.1 out of 5 from 70 ratings (October 2026).
Our guide to what the HowDidiDo app costs your club does the sums for each option, and our ClubV1 comparison covers the same change from the clubs who went first.

Clubs Tuvabook suits
We built Tuvabook for clubs whose members do their booking on a phone at 7am. It fits if:
- You'd rather your members download one new app, with your club's name on it, than wait to be moved onto a shared one.
- You want members, guests, visitors and societies booking in that app, with nothing for members to pay.
- You want every green fee paid when it's booked, with the money landing in your own account.
- You'd like a published price: £149 a month for a single club, no setup fee, month to month.
Everything that comes with the £149 is on our pricing page.
Three things to get in writing before your renewal
- The date your members move to HowDidiDo, and what the club licence costs once the limited time offer ends.
- The total yearly cost for every module you use, plus card processing rates, the contract term and the notice date.
- The format your member, booking and competition data comes out in if you leave, and whether there’s a charge for it.

Questions clubs ask about switching
When will intelligentgolf clubs move to HowDidiDo?
Club Systems says intelligentgolf customers now have access to the new HowDidiDo app, and in March 2026 The Golf Business reported that clubs would move off igMember "in the coming months". No public date has been given for each club, so ask your account manager for yours.
Do our members have to pay for the HowDidiDo app?
Unless the club pays, yes. Club Systems lists the app at £2.99 a year per golfer with adverts, or £9.99 a year without. The club can cover every member instead for £1,400 a year, which Club Systems calls a limited time offer.
How much does intelligentgolf cost?
intelligentgolf doesn't publish prices, so you'll need a quote. Tuvabook is £149 a month for a single club, with no setup fee.
Can we keep our handicaps if we move to Tuvabook?
Yes. Your members' handicap index stays with England Golf. They add their CDH ID and index in the app, and we use those for competition entry and handicap limits, so your handicap system carries on just as it does now.
What happens to our members and booking history?
We move it all across for you: your courses, tee time structure, pricing and member list. You check everything over before you go live, and you're taking bookings within three weeks of signing.
Are we tied into a contract with Tuvabook?
No. We run month to month, and you can export your members and bookings whenever you like. We'd rather earn the renewal than hold you to a contract.
See your club’s own app before your members are moved.
A 30-minute call. We’ll show you your tee sheet in Tuvabook, your members booking and paying in an app with your club’s name on it, and exactly how we’d move you off intelligentgolf within three weeks.
